I stopped here for lunch the other day on a whim, wasn't even sure if they had opened yet. Â There have been a few other restaurants in this spot that have not survived so my expectations were low. Â The place was almost empty when we arrived which was not encouraging. Â Then our waiter arrived and he was very shy and awkward, probably hasn't been waiting tables long. Â He took our order and brought out a nice display of homemade tortilla chips and 3 salsas: hot, pico de gallo, and a mango which the kids loved. Â Then came the meals. The kids split a quesadilla which came with a churro and a drink. Â The waiter even brought out an extra churro and drink and did not charge us. Â My wife had the casa bowl which she loved and I enjoyed what might have been the best bowl of green chile I've ever had. Â I will definitely be going back when I'm hungrier to sample some more of their menu.

The Cheesesteak stuffed bell peppers, chicken gyros and some sort of beef medallions with a horseradish rub or sauce(?) are my absolute favorites! The young lady that works there is kind, not pushy, yet tries to understand exactly what your tastes are to help find something you will love. In a perfect world they would use organic ingredients BUT that hasn't stopped me from buying there. I wish they would open a location in the Arvada- Westminster- Broomfield area.
