Nadia is a Los Angeles based Pilates instructor whose passion for fitness began in her early childhood from dance and inspiration from her grandmother, an aerobics instructor. After becoming a fitness trainer, she completed her 600hr Pilates certification and began teaching private Pilates lessons and group classes in Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. She enjoys mixing up her classes with upbeat movements to strengthen the entire body, postural integrity, and flexibility, leaving her clients feeling stronger and uplifted.
