Can't wait to pass through again, this place is classic and AMAZING. I built a bacon cheeseburger with American cheese and all the fixings. They also have a really go fry sauce so ask for that. Being a Shasta County local, I got the best training available to me when I left highschool to begin an internship with a successful local chef. It set me up on a path, that allowed me to hone my skills and build my knowledge at an extended rate. I traveled to the wine country, and cooked in farm-to-table environments there. It was a marvelous experience. I came back home after a time, and had difficulty finding work that validated my passion for quality and hospitality, and decided to open up my own catering company. We never stop learning, getting better, enjoying, tasting.
