I don't think anyone should be yelping if you can't tell the difference between Latin and Mexican food. I'm just saying!Anyways... I've been wanting to come into Las Hadas for a while now when it first opened to the public and wanted to be the first to review it after adding it onto yelp. Didn't make it quick enough! God Damn it. I found VIP parking in front of of the bldg. on the yellow curb. I wanted to get a quick bite before I went to work. My other option was Oceanaire, but since Las Hadas was a hope and skip in front of me I chose to go here.I was greeted by the bartender (sorry I forgot your name!) and Allan (who is a big fan of La Puerta) So he says =) I sat at the bar during their Happy Hour and Bar specials. I ordered tea and Ceviche to start off with. Yes, I too got the complimentary corn fritters with butter and sauce to try. I liked the corn fritter by itself it was tasty and I didn't get any corn stuck in my teeth. My ceviche came which looked like a fruit salad with chopped up tilapia, papaya, pineapple and other foliage served with a side of chips. It was light and lacked some flavors I was expecting. I wanted to add some patis to it and fresh chopped red chili peppers to add some kick. I tried the tobasco, but that didn't work. I then ordered some to die for crab cakes which hit the spot for me. These are not small doughnut sized portions either. I was full by this time ,but still wanted some more grub. I'll save it for later and come back again for the entrees  and happy hour after 10 p.m. what?! Now I don't have to go Mortons. Come and check this place out cause I said so.
