How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

In 2017, Bombay Frankie Company began at a gas station in Culver City. Inspired by the vibrant flavors of Northern India, we brought authentic Indian cuisine to Los Angeles. Our signature Frankie, an Indian burrito from Bombay, quickly became a local favorite. In 2021, we moved to our current location, expanding our menu and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. What do you love most about your job?

Our team is our family, working in harmony to bring you the best food. Each member Contributes to the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere we’re known for.Everything, it's not a work it's an amazing experience!

What inspired you to start your own business?

We chose to open a place that focused on this quick, portable, and tasty street food from Mumbai. Using recipes and ingredients that they grew up with at home, they sought to create a menu that their own family would indulge in.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We are committed to the safety and well being of our customers and staff and have therefore enhanced our already high level of kitchen and general operations health practices with the following measures:

1. Increased frequency of surface and touch point sanitizing.
2. All food prepared is intended for to-go with optimized sealing of containers and bags to minimize tampering.
3. Strict zero tolerance mask wearing policy for staff and customers.
4. Temperature checks for staff upon arrival for his/her shift. Staff must also must declare in writing every day no LA County issued prohibited symptoms. No staff is allowed to work if visually exhibiting symptoms or temperature is above the safe zone.
5. Access to hand sanitizers and PPE for staff at multiple touch point locations.
6. Indoor dining completely closed to the public.
7. Outdoor dining open when permissible.
8. Minimize cash acceptance. Contactless payment (Apple/Google pay) is most encouraged with also credit and debit being accepted.
9. All staff (whenever possible) and customers are required to maintain six feet of social distancing. This will be perpetually enforced by staff and management.
