I used DJC for my mothers 80th birthday party and the food was incredible. Tasia was so wonderful to work with. She listened to my ideas of what I thought would be a great mix of foods and also gave me suggestions. There was anything and everything you could imagine available. She communicated with me often throughout thee process over 2 months and was always available for our conversations. The food arrived early and the gentleman who delivered it was very friendly and gave me complete instructions on exactly what to do. If I ever have another important event I will absolutely have it catered by DJC!

Working with Chef Ben and Inspired Cuisine was absolutely delightful. Not only was the food tasty and amazing, Chef Ben was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely personable, and responded to all of my inquiries timely, which allowed me to relax as I knew I was in good, trustworthy hands. All of our guests raved about the food and left with happy palates and full bellies! If you're on the hunt for a caterer who is reliable and provides delicious food, look no further. Finally checked out the neighborhood Indian restaurant for the first time, and it was a fantastic experience. Highest score goes to its ambiance, from the lovely building facade to clean and sophisticated interior. We had the chicken vindaloo ($13) and shahi paneer ($11) with regular rice ($3) and garlic naan ($2.5). Food was served quickly and with brilliant curry coloring. Portions could be a little bigger though. We will definitely be back!

WOW these were delicious. Just got 2 of these tonight for my little family. I got 1 with Nutella and one with Bavarian cream. The kids loves the Nutella and we loved the Bavarian cream. We ran into their truck at mother nature's farm but you now the food truck thing you find out where they'll be next. Unique and delicious desert.

UPDATE!The guys at Hummus Xpress took my criticism of their falafel seriously. Â The chef/owner remade the classic falafel into something awesome and unique. Â It's now more moist, flavorful, light, and fresh. Â It's truly excellent!And I'd like to highlight their roasted, caramelized eggplant and unique pomegranate baba ganoush.Hummus Xpress is a phenomenal Middle Eastern dining experience!
