I don't typically go to food trucks, but I had the opportunity to go to Wandering Donkey at the University of Phoenix Stadium this today and I was not disappointed. Wandering Donkey is basically "Chipotle on Wheels on Steroids". The set up is just like a burrito shop wherein you can order the meat, put on your condiments and then you are good to go. The food is stellar. I had the bbq lamb and would do it everyday.
