This company is absolutely amazing. I hired them to clean my carpets in my home which is about 1200 square feet of rug plus 15 stairs a few years ago and they did a fantastic job. I rehired them this past week and the wife of the owner--who is a very hard worker--remembered I'm from Hawaii, what I do for a living, etc. To me that's amazing that she met me once prior yet she remembered all that. But anyway, back to the review of their amazing carpet cleaning services. Every single stain, mark, scuff, etc on the carpet was taken out and once again our rug looks and smells brand new. I love this company and will continue to utilize their services for years to come!

Good local family-run business.  Quality service and very responsive.I used them for cleaning a wool area rug I have in my living room where we had an accident involving a Thai iced tea.   The rug is now very clean and also all the odors were removed.

Helpful, knowledgeable, and professional are three words to describe Rug Ideas.  We thought we'd just drop off our dirty rugs, wait a while, get them back cleaned, and that would be the end of it. Instead we got a very thorough walkthrough of the process and gained more confidence that our rugs would be taken care of in the best way possible.We have two dogs and after a couple of years, no amount of wiping down and vacuuming could really clean the dirt, pee, hair (and who knows what else) off. Thankfully after a short 3-week wait, our rugs were returned and they felt softer and cleaner than ever. Of course the first thing one of my dogs did when it was placed back in the living room was rub his body all over it!Thank you! Our two year old niece who visited two days after receiving our freshly clean rugs appreciated it too!

Fast fast fast! Did an amazing job got out the pet stains, did it all for a very fair price. They were professional, on time and courteous! I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned!
