I don't often login to my Yelp account, but definitely had to for this review. This was my first time using Evergreen Cleaning and I will definitely be booking with them again. Scheduling an appointment was super easy.My house hasn't been cleaned in over a month after having difficulties with other cleaning services... Carlos was very communicative and texted me with updates after booking, before arrival, and upon completion. I was not home during the cleaning, so the updates were appreciated. I was a little shocked at how fast the cleaning was done and had my suspicions. When I arrived at home I was blown away. Carlos and his team did an amazing job! I have several dogs, but looking at my home now, you couldn't tell. Not a dog hair in sight. I am very impressed and so glad I've found my new favorite cleaning service.Highly recommend!!!

Hands down, this company and its employees are amazing. Quality work AND top notch customer service.I lived in a studio apartment for 2 years and would have had the carpets cleaned even if I wasn't moving out, but because I was I wanted to go the extra mile to make sure I got my deposit back.I had done my research and found that most companies who offer great per room prices have a room minimum, meaning that they'll charge you $40 a room but require you to have 3 rooms done and if you only need on room done you're still being charged the minimum, well, NOT Champs. $35 a room ($50 for deep cleaning) and if you only have one room, you only get charged for one room.I called immediately and within 10 minutes was scheduled by a very polite woman who got me an appointment at the most convenient time for my schedule, great!Moving day got away from me and I realized I wouldn't be ready or have the furniture moved in time for the carpets to be cleaned. I realized I was calling last minute and hoped they'd be able to accommodate, and the did. They were super friendly and funny and rescheduled me for the next day. When the carpet tech showed up he was friendly and outgoing and very nice. He walked through the room, assessed the damage on the carpet (it needed deep cleaning) and got to work. He explained each step and made sure I knew what was going on. I was working in the kitchen cleaning while he was taking care of the carpets and they looked great when he was done! Outside of one stain (that was there when I moved in) he got them looking amazing! Seriously they looked great! The carpet wasn't brand new when I moved in and it looks better than that! I'll get my deposit back and they will have me as a customer in the future, I'm"m already recommending them to friends and family.Great service, quality work!
