My ladder was up the wrong wall; I had done well advancing up the ranks in a role and field that didn't take advantage of all my skills, talents, and passions. I worked with a career counselor and fell in love with the work she was doing with me, and decided to enter the field of professional coaching. That was in 2004. Since then, I've never looked back. My husband and are full-time partners in the business; he supports me and my clients from the back office and provides customer service support; I do all the coaching and facilitation.

I've worked with hundreds of leaders over 20 years of doing this work and have a wealth of best practice stories to share with you when you need support figuring out how to tackle a thorny challenge related to your career and leadership. Yes, my coaching services are provided online and remotely. I coach executives all in the Bay Area and nationwide using Zoom, phone calls, text, and emails. I communicate and partner with my clients using various online platforms (Google Drive, Acuity Scheduling, Teachable and Basecamp) to collaborate on their goals. I have a learning platform on Teachable where videos, templates, and sample scripts and other materials are available for 24x7 access by the executives I coach. For facilitation services for groups and companies, I do the work either remotely or in-person as needed.
All my coaching is done one-on-one virtually by Zoom or phone.
