I am a full-charge bookkeeper, I am able to take your companies information, reconcile and prepare a financial for your CPA to prepare your tax return. I have worked with various CPA's with various different businesses for over 30 years. I can work remotely or come into the office.

We are a 2-female partner ran CPA firm with a combined 25+ years of experience. We are set up with remote access programs to ease the burden of accounting services for our clients.

I'm a US Navy Veteran with a BS from University of La Verne and a MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University. In addition I am a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of California. I have worked at small and large accounting firms in the fields of taxation and accounting for over 18 years. My firm has significant experiences with LLCs, Partnerships, S Corporations, C Corporations, Individual and Sole Proprietorships tax preparation, as well as Financial Planning.

We work closely with the client independent of their revenue size. We handle clients' tax matters as we would have handled our own tax and business matters with the same diligence, accuracy and promptness. We ensure to utilize the tax code to maximize our clients' benefits while keeping them protected professionally from potential penalties and issues arising from inaccurate and carelessly prepared tax returns and consulting work.

I'm George, and I'm a CPA with nearly 10 years of experience in both GAAP financial reporting and tax. With accurate GAAP financial statements, we can also use historical data to make the best possible informed decisions to run your business lean and efficient.

I'm accounting and finance professional with 20+ years in the corporate world. I've positions such as CFO, Director of Finance, Controller, Accountant, etc... Lalgan is my own venture that I started up to provide accounting and consulting services to small - medium size companies.
