We just closed our new construction home with Normandy Homes in their Cypress Meadow neiberhood. The overall experience is good. We've been working with 2 different sales managers and 3 different construction managers during the 9 months project, however the communications are very smoothly and everyone we've worked with are very nice, professional and experienced. We did had a few issues about the floor plan during the construction, but Normandy Homes offered the best solution we could think of and completed the work to meet our expectation. We also has big issues from our lender in the very last minutes, but the builder has done beyond their responsibility to help us solve the problem and complete the closing on time. There are always tons of issues if you are building a new home from beginning to the end, but we are happy about the way our builder solve them. And most importantly, the house they built for us is very nice and with high quality (I believe). Wendi and Ken are the two managers (sales and construction) we worked with and they did an excellent job! We are satisfied with the house and the service so far, and will update our comments in the next few months for the living experience. :-)

We had the best experience with Raindango! Remodeling. We wanted to redo both of our bathrooms and work with a company that could provide guidance and that was affordable. Raindango was willing to work within our budget and really listened to what we wanted to help make it a reality.We selected our materials and they did the rest. I've included before and after pictures from the master shower and you can see the huge difference. We had family coming into town and they worked with us to meet the timeline. They had great suggestions on where to find mirrors and appliances, and when we pointed out a potential issue they immediately fixed it, even though it ended up being more time consuming than expected.We would love to work with Raindango again and will use them for our next project.
