We recently remodeled our master bedroom/master bathroom, updated the laundry room and installed a new HVAC system with Pearl Remodeling. We interviewed several contractors from different companies but Ben from Pearl Remodeling was the most personable and understood our vision.           When we first met, he quickly made a 3D plan on his computer so we could see what the rooms would look like. Ben also gave us a fair price for the job and was great at expediting our construction permit. We were ready to start in just 2 weeks.          We stayed in our house through the remodel. Ben and his team made sure to cover  the other areas of the house and clean up at the end of each day to avoid too much dust.  Ben and his team were always available to answer our questions throughout the process.  Whenever we sent an email or text, Ben was quick to respond. They also included us in every decision for the design.  We appreciated their attention to detail. Ben repeatedly showed us that he will not finish a project until it is perfect for his client.          Overall we had a great experience with Pearl Remodeling. Ben was honest and finished the project as scheduled. We will definitely recommend Pearl Remodeling to our friends and family. We also want to say THANK YOU to Santiago (Ben's right hand man) and his team of workers as they have given us the master bedroom and bathroom we had been dreaming of.

Hired 1 Oak Remodeling after a friend recommended them. After scheduling an appointment to meet with a project manager we agreed on numbers to remodel my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I would say their quote was fair and they actually completed on the projected time they gave me. 100 stars!!!

We are a family of four and we had just purchased a 3500 square foot home in LA that required some significant remodeling and updates. However, we were still living in NJ and were hoping to have the home remodeling done before our move in about a month. This was a daunting undertaking, given our being across the country, not knowing the contractors, and our tight timeframe to complete the work. Then we met Roy, who was referred to us by our trusted realtor. Not only was Roy a terrific cross-country communicator (text, email, phone), but he brought an exceptional level of detail-orientation and workmanship to the project. Bottom line, we absolutely LOVE the work that he and his team completed, and we are now living in what we consider our dream home. To provide more detail about the remodeling, we had Roy and his team help us with the following numerous projects: painting all interior walls; installing engineered wood flooring throughout the majority of the house; a complete master bathroom remodel down to the studs, including new tile flooring, new soaking tub, and new shower; new sections of exterior fencing, new garden gates, and a new balcony railing; repainting all kitchen cabinets, media cabinet, and upstairs bathroom vanities, including new cabinet hardware. In sum, we can't fully express our gratitude for Roy. He is exceptional at what he does. He clearly loves what he does, and he does it so well. We recommend him without reservation. You will not be disappointed; on the contrary, you'll end up living in your forever home.

I am so satisfied I went with Better Together Builders on ADU Garage Conversion. It is not easy to find reliable contractor, especially for such a big project but I got recommendation from my friend on this contractor, he had a great experience with them. Ziggy and his team shoved up on scheduled date. They were professional, hard workers, honest and friendly. I knew I was dealing with true professionals. They finished project within their promised time and within estimate price. The outcome is fantastic, they did a great job. Thank you Better Together Builders, will strongly recommend to others!!

Fidelity General Contractors did an amazing job for us. They have remodel our kitchen. They remodel the cabinets, replaced counter tops, new flooring. We are very happy form the quality, the daily communication with the office. Definitely recommend to friends and family!

Our kitchen was in desperate need for an update, but we were putting it off for years. A slow leak under the sink made it a priority as everything needed to be replaced. We interviewed three companies. It came down to two. I wanted to go with the other company, and my husband wanted to go with Construction Masters. What cinched it for me was Mickey and Moshe. They asked me questions I hadn't thought about it. They suggested ways of getting more space. Mickey said he would go shopping with me to choose what was needed. They answered all my questions and never once made me feel like I was bothering them. He also said that he could make our short deadline. Sold. Mickey and Moshe were on it. Work was started shortly thereafter, with Mickey or Moshe coming by or calling most mornings, full of energy and happiness. Even my puppy fell in love with them, who continued to answer any and all questions. Workers showed up on time, were very friendly and respectful and were real craftsmen. They listened to my questions and when I needed to make decisions were very patient with me. Through the whole process I was advised what was going to happen and when - and it did! There were no major surprises and no major costs that were unexpected. We got what we asked for, how we asked for it, when we asked for it and at a price we agreed to. Mickey and Moshe also found simple few things that would make our lives better, asked if we wanted them, and then didn't charge us for the cost of doing them (such as asking if we wanted an outlet outside so that we could close a window we had run an extension cord through, putting door stoppers on to preserve our cabinets, etc.). He saw stuff in a way I just would never see it - and I am so glad he did. I am SO happy that we found Construction Masters. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will use him again and again for all the other "someday" projects around the house that we have.

I worked with many contractors in the past and Manchen Construction are definitely one of the best I worked with. I hired them to build an outdoor kitchen. I wanted something unique and had some special requests. Chen knew what I needed and he also gave me some great advises. The project turned out fantastic, I am very pleased with this company and will highly recommend to others!

The team came in and did the demolition and installation. Jacob monitored the workflow to ensure everything went smoothly. He kept us in the loop as to when the cabinets, flooring. etc. was due to arrive and installed. The end results were a beautiful kitchen. We love it! They did an excellent job.

I'm so pleased to be posting this review today and have nothing but praise for the smooth running, high standard of work and early completion of my second building project with EnerG Contractor. Stan was professional throughout and also managed his team to work around me while still living in the property! So EnerG Contractor have now successfully completed my second build A complex three story extension building project only one year after completing my loft conversion to such a high standard that I went back as a repeat customer. Furthermore the work was completed along with building regs passed in only eight weeks which was four weeks ahead of the proposed twelve week schedule! Stan remained professional and reliable throughout whilst also clearly and concisely communicating with both myself and the whole team. Well done to all and thank you for all the hard work.

From the beginning really liked how they used face masks given COVID19. Also really liked how fast they responded to our bathroom remodel request. They responded to my home advisor request the same day to set up a free quote. They gave me the price on the spot. When we decided to go with their company they were able to start the following week. They stuck as close to the timeline given the circumstances and changes made throughout the remodel. They also had constant communication throughout the process ensuring we knew who was coming, to do what, and when. They did well cleaning up all of their construction work each day as I have 2 young kids so cleaning up at the end of each work day was a big deal for us. I gave a 4 out of 5 though as the price for plumbing changed substantially during the remodel. We did do a plumbing change (moving toilet) which was not discussed in the quote so I understand a price increase for that. However the other plumbing work (double vanity, move of shower plumbing) was discussed in the beginning and they told us after the plumbing was done that the price was being increased for those as well. It should be said though that even with the price increase they still were fair with the cost of everything else. Though there was some miscommunication with the plumbing cost, we would still choose to use Royal again for when we redo our master bathroom. We will be sure though to review the quote better the next time around.
