Hello my name is Coach Tramaine. Most of my clients call me Coach Tee. I’ve been training for over 10 years. I’ve trained individuals and groups from all populations. My partners and I recently opened our boxing and fitness studio in the Wedgewood-Houston area of Nashville that specializes in sports performance, weight loss, self defense, strength/ conditioning and nutrition.

I would have never considered boxing as a form of cardio but the moment I tried it I fell in love with it almost instantly. Â As a female, we mostly look to treadmills and elliptical machines for cardio. Â Unless we are simply gym junkies we go into the gym unaware of what machines we should use to target what area of your body. Â From my experience, I find that boxing targets every area of your body and that I sweat more from 45 minutes of boxing than I do running the treadmill for an hours. Â Coach T make sure that he targets every area of your body and core. Â I also find boxing as a great stress reliever. Â When I find myself upset and angry, I find that hitting the bag is a great way to blow off some steam while getting in a good workout at the same time. Â I recommend everyone (especially females) that is bored with the treadmill and elliptical and want to do something different, to give T.I.K.I. Fitness a go. Â YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED
Hi! I'm Stacy, a certified personal trainer from NYC (and recently re-located to Nashville!). Go to www.stacyschwartz.com to inquire about rates, packages and scheduling, otherwise I may not see it. In addition to running a fitness retreat company, I train clients with a focus on strength & conditioning, HIIT and boxing.
