Velina is the only one in the Contra Costa County that is offering her very unique services. There is no one else in the area offering such a diverse set of services to couples and individuals. She helps couples who are in deep pain and struggle, supporting them in finding their way back to love and connection through her intimacy and communication coaching, as well as celebrating the joy her happy couples are sharing with private massage classes.

I attended the Powerstretch class today with Cassidy and it was great! I chose this class because I have back issues and I have hip dysplasia with arthritis on one side. Despite these ailments I have a habit of doing a lot of cardio, which sometimes causes discomfort and pain afterward. Lately I've been trying to balance that with things like restorative and aerial yoga. This class seemed like it would help out a lot with tension in my back and opening up my hip joints, and I was 100% correct. First off, Cassidy is a great instructor. She is easy to follow and very welcoming. Besides that, this studio was cute, clean, and everyone there was pleasant and welcoming. I never felt uncomfortable, even when I didn't know what I was doing. It's in an an industrial section of the city but parking was pretty easy. This studio is close to home for me and I cant wait to try more classes.

Grief is all around us. It touches everyone. And it doesn't have to be from death. The losses could include jobs, relationships, expectations, identity... I seek to help bridge the gap between the stereotypical definition of grief as "the feeling that comes when a close loved one dies" and 'the natural experience that unfolds from loss or change'. In the journey with my clients I offer a nonjudgmental space for them to come as they are, grieve in their own way, and convert grief into growth.

I was fortunate to meet Jenny during an intense tidal wave of grief from the loss of a parent. Before meeting her, I had no one to solidly hold space for me and my trauma. I didn’t want to burden anyone with it and I felt more alone and isolated than ever. But with her kind, gentle, loving energy, she provided a safe space for me with absolutely no judgment. She helped me to realize that the state I was in, what I was thinking and feeling were all valid and I felt so supported by her. I was able to express myself openly, releasing a lot of heavy grieving energy, and I felt surprisingly light and at peace by the end of our session. I highly recommend reaching out to this earth angel if you’re grieving because the space she holds is healing in and of itself. ❤️
