I've dealt with more than a handful of CPAs in the past, but none came even remotely close to James. I had a sticky situation with the FTB that dated back to 2016, and even though I reached out to him weeks before the final deadline that was given to me by the FTB to send my tax return, James was beyond accomodating and understanding which immediately soothed my terrible anxiety and concern.
