How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
First, by listening to them and meeting them where they are at mentally and physically. Wellness involves several parts to make up the whole body and mind. Each client is taken through a thorough physical evaluation. From there, I start helping them on the present goal(s) they have and continue to add them as we go along.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret. The body of your dreams starts with what is on your plate. Once you get your Nutrition in check, everything else will fall naturally into place.
What do you love most about your job?
The client's progress and reward of seeing and hearing how different they've become. There is nothing better than providing a service that allows someone to change their health for the betterment of their longevity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After seeing how the hospitals and much of the healthcare service is run in the developed world, it was an easy decision to work for myself without limitations.
