What do you love most about your job?
I love being in a position to be able to make a difference in people's lives. I feel a strong sense of responsibility to my employees and clients. I love being able to provide employment to people so they are able to support their families. I love being able to come through for clients when they have a situation or last-minute need.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting my own security company was a rebellious endeavor. I felt compelled to carve my own path in the security industry, one that would prioritize individual security guard development and an extensive employee retention strategy over the traditional approaches often associated with security services. I embraced technology and empower security professionals to excel beyond the confines of the outdated established practices.

Being that we have physical security guards, that's not possible to be done remotely. They haven't invented that yet.
