We were kept regularly informed of progress at all times, but Omer and his team managed the entire project meticulously, and completed the work within projected timelines and right on budget, which is rare in this industry. Tom and his team have done an amazing job on my bathroom! He sent the quote to me with no hard sell, gave me time to look at what he had suggested, and provided links to his suppliers so that I could make any changes I wanted, without the pressure of someone looking over my shoulder. They worked incredibly hard and quickly, and I was able to just let them get on with it, and each evening they left the place tidy. I will definitely use them again. One of the floor tiles had a tiny mark on it (I'm not sure I would have noticed it!) but they came back and replaced it. From start to finish, Idan and his team were a real pleasure to work with. We had a tired bathroom, with quite limited space, and we were also possibly not the easiest of brief as we requested to keep the tiles on the wall and only had 12 spare to accommodate the new design. From the word go, Christina, the designer, with her no-nonsense approach, helped make the layout decision with incredible ease, listening to our list of wishes. Her impeccable taste and capacity to blend the project with the rest of the house were second to none, to the point of us not changing a single thing about her original idea. It was really nice to be able to let them get on with it, and we particularly appreciated the care they had for our house. For a full week, they made sure that we came back every night to a house with the minimum disruption. Idan, the project manager, handled the whole project, from design to getting planning permission. They recommended a builder who did a first-class job and worked hand-in-glove with them to ensure the project ran seamlessly. O.T Bay Builders is highly recommended. I have owned a 400-year-old grade 2 listed cottage for two and a half years. I asked Tom to provide estimates for the work required. He has laid a Karndene floor in a large ground floor extension and an ensuite loo, and refurbished a cloakroom with a Neptune washstand, basin, and taps. Repaired toilet cisterns to existing loos. I am considering his quote for external work on the roof. He is personable, highly knowledgeable, and reliable. Had my bathroom recently designed and installed by O.T Bay Builders. Tom was the first point of contact for the project manager. Always listened to our opinions and replied promptly. Understood that we can't have the design meetings in usual weekday hours and are willing to arrange them on Saturday mornings. Really appreciated. Christina, the designer, was also great. She paid attention to every details and her quality of work was amazing too. Impressed by her altitude towards the quality. It was my first property, and I was so glad to have the team. When planning the renovation, I was a bit worried as I heard other people had bad experiences with other companies, like long, delayed completion date, poor quality of work... His personal problems referred to in an earlier review meant the job was put back a week but the work was carried out to a high standard and very conscientiously.
