We had our first session today with Roxy and Elsa who have been fighting. Elsa is 20 months. Roxy is 13 years old. First of all I wanna say that most of the magic that happens with him training the dog is enlightening the owners and educating them and giving them the proper tools to succeed if you have a dog that you love, but he’s driving you crazy get help don’t give it away there is so much you can do with just gaining knowledge

James came out and did the evaluation with my Blue Heeler. He is a great dog but is aggressive with other Dogs. James brought Lucky Jr and Apollo Creed in with him. I was nervous at first, but with a few minor instructions (for me not Rocket 🚀), he did really well. I am looking forward to completing the training and getting Rocket K9 Citizen certified.

I recently had a free evaluation with James for my two dogs, and I couldn't be more impressed! During the nearly 2-hour session, James managed to calm my dogs, who were barking and growling at the start, and got them to follow basic commands like walking on a leash, sitting, and staying. His patience and expertise were immediately clear, and he showed us several techniques to improve how we train our dogs at home. James also brought along his two incredibly well-behaved dogs, which gave us a great example of what we can achieve with the right training. Lucky Love Jr. was a saving grace for my almost 1 year old German Shepard/ Great Pyrenees, Milo. Powerful dog. I’m 4’9, he’s as big as me, weighs over half my weight. Out of control, and I needed help BAD. Lucky Love Jr. came into our lives and gave immediate results. It was best he take Milo for 3 weeks, he came home a brand new dog. Granted, Milo tested me for weeks, we had our ups and downs BUT all he needed was leadership. Lucky Love Jr attested to what a leader is, and a teacher. I reached out to James after he was recommended for helping my dog who had extreme separation anxiety. I was on the verge of being kicked out of my apartment due to my dogs constant barking. James taught me how to crate train properly, how to walk my dog in a heel, and how to build trust and communication with my dog. My dog is now confident, obedient and can be left home with no issues. I cannot say enough good things about James and Lucky Love Jr Dog Training. My golden mix Millie was extremely reactive, lacked boundaries, on top of another array of issues that made her scared of men and jumpy. We started working with James and I truly have a new dog. My husband and I had a lot to learn and it was a lot of work, but boy was it worth it! Millie is such a calmer dog and has next to no reactivity issues anymore. Before James trained our bernedoodle Scooter she wouldn't follow any commands, and would run out the door as soon as she would hear it being open. Now she follows all verbal and hand comands. Our sweet bernieboodle came to our family three months ago and because we had heard such wonderful things about James and the fact that his training got amazing results, we immediately reached out to him. James was referred to us by our granddaughter’s boyfriend. His family utilized James for their dog and spoke about his dog’s amazing transformation to a well behaved family member. We had adopted a young female German Shepherd from animal control approximately 1 year of age. We had tried one training program which we did not see any marketable improvement. She was pretty much doing what she wanted regardless of our own efforts to get her to obey. When we first contacted James to schedule initial evaluation on phone, he explained to us his philosophy on dog training and techniques he would utilize. He asked specifically what our goal was for Emma and how he could assist in achieving that goal. He said after he left from our initial evaluation, we would see a difference on her behavior. WOW he was not kidding. James worked with us over several weeks, showing us how to properly work with Emma between visit. He encouraged us to video him working with Emma so we could practice what he was demonstrating for us to do. He progresses through setting boundaries for Emma and moves to walking with lease to unleashed walking if we chose which we did. After 4 weeks of working with James, our family was over for a weekend dinner, and they were amazed at Emma’s behavioral change. One of our daughters even demanded a DNA test to proved this was the same dog we brought home from animal control. We now take Emma to our grandson’s ballgames and out to pet friendly restaurants. We ever we go with Emma, people are constantly telling us what a well behaved pet we have. We could only be doing this with James’s help and guidance. I highly recommend James Ortiz. I have a mini bernedoodle and I hired James because I truly wasn't prepared for the puppy phase. I had owned dogs before but didn't realize the terror a 40 pound puppy could be. Before hiring James my dog would not follow any commands. He would bite and tear my things up (glasses, remote controls, bedding, etc). James taught me how to communicate to my dog and I have the best dog I've ever owned. Now my dog is a certified therapy dog and has wonderful behavior. My pup holds many awards (AKC therapy dog title and AKC Canine Good Citizen Award). Our 1-year-old Pomeranian, Luna, is very sweet, but she was becoming difficult, having accidents in the house, barking, and not following our commands.
