What do you love most about your job?
I love teaching people and empowering their confidence to have success with their dog! I believe that a great trainer should train their way out of a job! Give each handler the confidence to be successful long term with their dog and any dog they may own in the future. My role only comes back into play for support or if a new challenging behavior arises.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I see an empathetic lack in the canine industry. I have experienced greed and lack of support for other trainers throughout almost 10 years of training. I believe training should be effective and affordable to everyone that needs it. I started my own business to be able to work more with individuals and their dogs in the context where the dog understands it and needs it most - in the home and out and about where their family wants them to join them. It doesn’t matter whether I can train your dog, what matters is if I can teach YOU how to train your dog confidently, independently and inspire you to continue after our work together is completed.
