Koda was an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING DJ for our wedding ceremony and reception!! She was incredibly easy to work with leading up to the event.
Koda was always reachable via text or call which made our planning process SO easy and comfortable.
She was also able to tap into her own network on our behalf and was able to help us track down a talented saxophonist to play alongside her for the event. Koda also absolutely nailed our music taste for the event and kept the energy high and the smiles and dancing going all night! Wouldn’t be surprised if she earns some big stage time in the future because she is incredibly talented! To this day, our guests still love to remind us/talk to us about how amazing our music and the DJ (aka Koda) was. Many of them said that it was the best music and atmosphere they’ve ever experienced at a wedding.
We would highly recommend Koda to anyone and everyone! 100000/10 DJ!

We first worked with Koda after finding her on Bark to DJ a birthday party and she absolutely killed it. We were so blown away that when it came time to plan our wedding the following year, she was our first call before we even signed the venue (just to make sure she was going to be available)! Working with her was truly effortless and she went above and beyond for us during the planning process to curate the most amazing set - not to mention she played for 10 hours! She is so professional, insanely talented when it comes to mixing, the most amazing work ethic and just the best energy! She had all of our guests on their feet the entire night (mind you we went to 2 am after a long day and no one wanted the party to stop)! I hired Cansu for my son's bar mitzvah that we hosted on my rooftop. Cansu was very upfront and told me she had limited experience with the songs typically played at a bar mitzvah. I told her I would guide her for those types is inga but that we were really looking for someone who could set a mood. Besides the few bar mitzvah songs that needed to be played, we gave her a few requests (reggaeton, KPop/JPop, salsa) but also asked her to play her music throughout the night. Cansu proves the theory you cannot be an artist unless you are a worker. She has worked multiple events for me personally and for my company--and she's adaptable to nearly any format. The last event was expressly not a dance party--and yet the vibe was so appropriately ambient that a wide age range of guests were tapping their toes and grooving to the vibe, which fostered conversation instead of inhibiting professional comfort.
