What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending nearly a decade in corporate talent acquisition, I started Higher Talent Solutions (HTS) because I was underwhelmed with many of the experiences I had working with third party recruiting firms. These relationships were often transactional, extremely expensive and seldom produced the level of results we expected. I started HTS to try and flip this on its head, putting partnership first and providing a variety of solutions to meet the precise needs of the organization.

Every service we offer at Higher Talent Solutions can be performed remotely. We are open to arrangements where we go onsite, but the norm for us is to provide our services remotely/online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of my services are able to be performed remotely. When setting up a hiring process, I recommend only finalists come onsite to interview not just due to safety concerns, but this also results in less candidate drop-off throughout the hiring process.
