I went to Florida with 10 of my sisters to celebrate my birthday the weekend of July 12, 2024. Chef Gabbey was the perfect person for the job. I planned the party remotely so I had to trust my instinct and her vibe. It was a great match. She was prompt, prepared and the food was flavorful, delicious and pleasing to the eye. The menu was exactly as I had requested. She went above and beyond on short notice when insta cart failed me. She literally saved the day by cooking for our event the next day. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
my first aim is to satisfy my client's needs. If they, say they want something, I try my best to give them the very best of my menu and service. a perfect menu is curated based on their tastes and needs.
What do you love most about your job?
when people enjoy the food I make. Seeing people nod as they eat my food is one of the best feelings in the world.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It is my passion, I was mostly inspired by my mother who is now a retired Chef.

I have culinary training and I have worked and lived all over the world, with this, I can ignite your taste buds. I am a dedicated and enthusiastic chef, prepared to work hard and learn from the best. I have worked in some great big and small kitchens and now for myself. I have been in food services for over 6 years.

I can provide cooking classes online, either by zoom or any video calling platform of my customer chooses. Classes can be worked out weekly, daily or bi-weekly. number of people attending can also be decided by the client.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I always sanitize my tools and work space and will wear a mask if requested at all times.
