I recently experienced two very difficult issues associated with my website. The first was a malware attack, which caused my website to be blacklisted.
With the holidays and a very important craft showing up, the team understood the urgency to get this resolved. They recommended updates to my security certificate, installed a virus protection plugin and were able to get everything resolved within 72 hours. They worked quickly in what was a very stressful time for me.
The second issue was when my domain expired. Again, they worked quickly to renew and have my website fully functional. I worked closely with Ethan for both issues. He was very patient and totally understood my concerns, treating this with urgency. Highly recommend Design Vertices!!
