I struggled in the first week of this venture, trying to communicate my concept through company administrators, getting very little accomplished, growing frustrated. Then I was put directly in touch with web designer Daniel Fernandez. Bingo! This man is a rare combination of creativity and organization. He took direction from me, but also brought his own vision, so he became a collaborator. I came to respect him highly. He built my site while simultaneously juggling several other projects. Whatever you're paying him is not enough. It's very difficult in your business to keep someone of his artistic talent.
