I have been cooking ever since I could see over the stove top. From breakfast before school, to helping my grandfather make his Sunday Sauce. I love making delicious meals, and creating new takes on classic favorites.
I have been in the Industry for 15+ years, my first job being a locally owned pizza restaurant in a small town in NY.

What’s your signature dish?
I'd have to say my Chicken French. It's a NY style take on a classic, old school Italian dish, that you don't really see much outside of New York. Ask me about it!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By listening, and being flexible. I'll give you the options, and you tell me what you're looking for!
What do you love most about your job?
Creating delicious dishes, of course! There's no better way to make people happy then to feed them great food
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was time. 15 years in the restaurant industry had me contemplating a big career change. I've had a few friends/acquaintances make the switch, and i was lucky enough to be able to test the waters by working alongside them
Why should our clients choose you?
When it comes down to it, I'm not going to claim to be the best chef you'll ever find. I'm not Michelin star rated, I never went to culinary school. But I trained under some of the best chefs, and I'm always going to put your needs and wants first when making a menu
