We met with Mariela after purchasing our house in Belmont. The house was in desperate need of TLC and Mariela helped us achieve our shared vision and transformed our place in the house we have envisioned when we acquired the property. The house had two floors, but the downstairs level was open and not used by the previous owners. Mariela converted the existing crawlspace into a master bath, closet, utility space and storage, freeing up livable space for my son’s bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, as well the family’s home office. Short answer is yes. It really depends on the scope of the work. I tend to find it works better to visit the site when at all possible. I'm flexible with the necessary video meetings and can recommend several apps to help with information gathering.
