Stephen and his team are extremely courteous and respectful. There was hardly ever a delay in responding to our questions. They worked efficiently too, and accommodated all of what we wanted. I'm giving four stars only because we weren't given a breakdown of all the fees that would be due in order to apply for permit. For example, we thought we only needed to make pymts to the county building department, but we also had upfront costs to things like the school district, fire code, sewer, and needing to obtain a soils report. But overall, we are happy with the design. I feel good about hiring them.
