S3DA Design is the great company to work with for your office or house project designs. I always had a dream of having a beautiful residential place. And with a strong belief, I have handed this dream project of mine to S3DA Design.

I have used Ray Design on three projects. The principals are knowledgeable and reliable. Ray Design designed the kitchen/great room remodel for my daughter. I will use them again on my next project.

Steve and his team have partnered with my work group for many years now and we have always been very pleased with his work. He relates to small business clients very well and encourages them to look at their familiar settings with a fresh eye.

I feel like we gave Jessie an impossible task. We converted our 800 square foot detached garage into an in-law unit for my father and asked Jessie to design it all. Keep in mind that we had to fit in a full kitchen, full bathroom, laundry facilities, home office space, living room, and bedroom. Oh, and it had to accommodate all the existing electrical, plumbing and physical restrictions of the pre-built structure. The design Jessie provided us utilized the space perfectly and is a wonderful space to live in. We couldn't be more happy.

With their assistance we now enjoy a prestigious Entryway, several individual, separate living spaces with ample privacy and utility, as well as, a great pool, patio and Pergola design for the back yard areas. We chose Hubbell & Hubbell Architects for our major home remodel because we believe they are different than anyone else out there. When we started on this remodel journey, we were inspired by the architecture of the Carmel cottages, Gaudi's Casa Batllo, and California Storybook-style homes, and we needed architects who could help us translate those ideas and our 1950's bungalow into our "forever home" within a budget. After our first meeting with Drew Hubbell, we quit looking. Drew Hubbell and Alex Miller have gone above and beyond, walking us through every small thing with great patience, knowledge, and skill. Being a first-time home remodeler, I have never felt like a bother with my 1000s of questions, and Drew and Alex are genuinely excited about our home. They are willing and able to work out and explore all the small bits that make our home truly special and truly "us," and they incorporate artistry, user-friendliness, and environmental awareness in a beautiful way. I also appreciate that they gently and kindly tell me when something I dream up won't work or isn't practical in our budget, and help me explore alternatives. When I got stuck thinking and rethinking (and rethinking) the windows, they worked with me patiently and with a good sense of humor to get me unstuck and to make sure that I would be happy with the final plans. They have helped us think through solar, rainwater catchment systems, gray water, and handicap accessibility all while keeping to a bungalow/cottage/ Storybook aesthetic. They are well respected in the community, and their honesty, humility, and creativity have kept us from worrying during our major remodel. Everyone in the office is incredibly helpful and friendly. They work very well with our contractor, and are engaged and involved at the right times during our building process. They are balanced, compassionate professionals who care about their work, their clients, their community, and their world, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. It has been so much fun, and I cannot wait to see the finished product!

Pacific Coast drafting has been helpful in providing timely and reliable AutoCAD drafting services for Grantham Engineering for various residential, and industrial construction projects over the past several months.
