I was in the market for a ductless AC system for my guest house, which I use as a master bedroom, in my Central Phoenix home. Â After having my mind completely boggled by all of the options, brands, and people claiming to be experts at ductless and mini split work, I chose to hire Brad Lindsay of Horizon Energy. Â Out of all of the contractors I reached out to, he was by far the most responsive and the most courteous, fair and knowledgeable. Â He came out and inspected the home in order to give a fair and accurate quote. Â He was professional and personable, and really willing to explain the system in an authentic manner. Â His quote was reasonable and the product he installed was more powerful (I learned about BTUs and about SEER ratings :)!!!) than what other contractors proposed to install. Â Ultimately I chose to hire Horizon, and couldn't be happier with my quiet and blissfully chilly system. Â It replaced the prehistoric ducted unit that had burnt out a couple of years ago. Â Additionally, the install was completed with a nice aesthetic; no mess, completely level, and very professional appearance to the work. Â I couldn't recommend Brad more. Â If you are trying to decide between companies, take yourself out of the hassling and headache inducing experience and go with Horizon.By the way, I checked both BBB and the AZ ROC. Â Brad and Horizon's records are SPOTLESS.
