In the early 1980's, I was involved in a mentorship program for accounting and tax preparation. I was fascinated with the tax code and enjoy solving all of the accounting and tax puzzles that present themselves in different situation. I am available to perform work both in my office and on-site depending upon the needs of the client.
My typical process is meeting new clients via telephone conversations or by email. I inquire as to what specific services the new customer is interested in and I give them a detailed plan as to how my firm can assist them with their specific needs. Generally, followed up by initial appointment to gather all of the information. Additional information needed is garnered either by email, mail or follow up appointments. When returns are complete, I sit down with the clients and go over their returns in detail to answer any and all questions. I am available by phone year round to answer client questions. Complete customer service twelve months a year - not just during tax season.
