Andrea was punctual and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time with doing my taxes and explaining to me what she was doing and why. I did my taxes on Turbo Tax, wasn't thrilled with my expected return. Called Andrea and asked was there any benefit to using a professional tax preparer if I had pretty a pretty standard filing/deductions.
