My mission and passion is to support as many people as possible to get the freedom from those old heavy limiting self-beliefs, to sever the emotional triggers to traumas, and create the upgraded version of themselves. My techniques offer a blend of resolving trauma from the past while at the same time supporting you to understand the structure of creating a life you want. Our past experiences form our beliefs of what is or isn’t available to us.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF); and an accredited by the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL) as an Organisational and Team Coach. I hold a certificate in Conscious Business Coaching from BetterUp, and as a Breakthrough Coaching Enhanced Practitioner. I'm also an Elephant Rider with the Emotional Culture Deck.
