Helen was recommended to me by a friend and it's the best recommendation I've ever had. I saw Helen for a few weeks and through her excellent skills I was able to sort out the complete muddle in my head and get to grips with things again seeing a more positive future ahead of me. I feel much calmer. I would certainly see her again if the need arises and if I need I will be straight on the phone to her.

I was lucky enough to meet Ling in a time where I really needed counselling and mentoring. Her warm personality allows for an immediate sense of ease and comfort in the session. She gave me space to open up and brought a new perspective to my situation. I always end my sessions feeling lighter and clearer in the head. Even though our session have been online, I have felt her joy and compassion. I highly recommend her services. Thank you Ling for all your help!

An integrative counselling / Hypnotherapy /Energy Psychology practice , offering a range of counselling styles and techniques. My style is to focus on the individual and work in the way which best suits the individual’s way of being. I work in a very down to earth way, I believe it’s important to make people feel safe and secure and to address any concerns or questions they have in undertaking therapy and to establish what it means to them.

Very quick response and would have provided an appointment very quickly. Seemed to understand exactly what the issue was and how help but only if my teenager was on board with it and not just because it was my idea, teenagers are very good at that "I'm here because mum sent me". I didn't get buy in from my teen so decided not to go ahead but from the reply I got I had the impression of experience and competency to provide effective counselling.
