I hold a BSc (hons) degree from the University of East London in Integrative Counselling which included extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy and Existential Therapy. It is also the only degree which is recognised by the BACP of which I am a member and am working towards full accreditation. I also hold diplomas permitting work with clients who have experienced Domestic Violence, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, Inner Child Healing Issues, Depression, Addiction Dependency, Anger Issues or who are Bipolar.

I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist and Integral Eye Movement therapist. I work with lots of different issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, fears and phobias, self-esteem and confidence, relationship issues, pain management, quit smoking, weight management issues plus many more. Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind through relaxation of the body and mind, when the body is relaxed the subconscious mind is more receptive to positive suggestions I make, thus changing the way you think and feel about the things that cause you distress.
