I offer personal counselling, either face to face or via Skype or FaceTime. I am based in Billericay or can travel to you if you want or need a home visit. My training allows me to use different counselling tools which are discussed at the first session with my client and they can choose the counselling style which suits them best. I am always led by my client and my client brings to the session anything that they feel they need to, in return I offer a safe space with no pressure or judgements, a place where my client can be themselves.

During the current social distancing phase of the Covid-19 crisis I am only offering online sessions. This is in line with guidance from UKCP. I am a fully qualified UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist. I work with men, women and couples who are experiencing emotional and relational difficulties. I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, OCD, bereavement, as well as relationship difficulties with individuals and couples.

However much we try, there are times when life simply doesn’t go to plan. Relationships don’t always go as smoothly as we’d hoped. Things aren’t always brilliant at work, school, college or at home. There can be painful memories from the past or worries about the future. It could be the loss of a loved one, depression, anxiety, racing thoughts, fears or phobias, bullying, self esteem - but suddenly, it’s not so easy to cope.
