I attended Sano Physio Mansfield after suffering with a bad lower back pain for a number of months. The level of service was second to none, the facility is clean and tidy with off street parking, the waiting room is clean comfy and welcoming. Jamie provided my physio treatment, his level of knowledge is excellent and he was very professional. After my first assessment he got down to the treatment straight away and I began to notice a difference after only a couple of sessions. I had 6 in total and now I am almost totally pain free. He also gave me an in depth program to fllow at home to supplement the treatment he provided which helped massively. Jamie explained why i was feeling pain in my lower back which really helped me understand the mechanics of the treatment he provided and the importance of the stretches and movements he gave me to complete at home. I cant recommend the clinic and Jamie Hodgson enough.

I had previously injured my shoulder whilst in the gym, it caused quite a lot of pain to the point I could no longer carry out my usual exercises. I wanted to try physiotherapy to see if this would help so I could return to my fitness regime. Andrew was recommended by a friend who once was treated by him and as he was a specialist in my area of injury, I thought I would give it a go and I am so pleased with the service I received!
I'm now back in the gym with a pain free and fully mobile shoulder.

A friendly professional service, with an environment that you feel relaxed in. Alex listens to your discomforts in close detail. He makes sure that the therapy he provides will not just help you for that day, but until your next visit. I leave with loosened muscles in the areas I get discomfort in, which makes walking from day to day a lot easier.
