Jack was amazing!! I have never used a personal trainer before and if I’m honest I dreaded the sessions at first however after them and for several days after I felt great - really motivated and stronger. Yes he pushes you but also recognises if you’re struggling a bit and changes the workout accordingly. I have had to have a break due to work commitments but will definitely be going back! Sorry didn't work for me, Frank seemed a nice guy but couldn't be bothered to reply to my messages and book me in for training sessions. Had a back problem he didn't follow up on my problem. Paid in advance and had difficulty getting my money back in fact still not been refunded after having to stop training due to back problems. Very disappointed.

I have just completed my first 24 sessions with Nick and I have throughly enjoyed them, so much so that I am going to continue with another block of sessions. I have already noticed a fantastic difference in my general level of fitness and my motivation has increased really well too, compared to when I first started and it has only been just over 8 weeks.I always look forward to coming to training three times a week and feel very positive when I leave. I can't recommend Donovan enough. I was struggling with my workouts and nutrition and decided to get a PT to help me. Donovan is very informative and gave me so much great advice on what to eat and what to take for certain things I struggle with. He's very calming and really knows his stuff. I have to say I don't like working out that much but having someone show me each move and things I can do at home on my own really made a difference to me being motivated to work out and able to see changes in my body.
