A fantastic place to train! Having been a member of typical nationwide gym for over 10 years I found myself going to the gym but seeing very little results which was frustrating. With a young family and hectic work life I decided things needed to change and I needed a workout regime which was focused, effective and fun- For me this is what Legacy is , it's become a lifestyle , the groups are hugely motivational and you leave every session knowing you have given it your all!
