Anyway, never stuck at a gym in my life until I joined here, but this one is great and for around 20 quid a month totally accessible to all for fitness. All my life I’ve avoided the gym and any exercise. I didn’t realise how badly unfit I was. During covid I started a fitness session with Dean, to start with, just half an hour, this has been going on for over a year now and I can really see the small changes just from doing a half hour per week.
I now also incorporate an hour session at the gym every week as well, I can’t tell you what a difference it’s making, we all say as we get older we’ve got aches and pains, can’t reach to put socks on or trouble getting out of a chair, well that’s mostly down to being quite unfit not just getting older, I can’t tell you how happy and more energised I feel now.

When looking to return to training following injury and illness and needed someone to get me back on track. I wanted to train at home on a one-to-one basis and spent a lot of time researching Personal Trainers.
I chose to work with Stefan, and this was the right choice!
Stefan took time to understand my (extensive) injury history and planned workouts that strengthened the areas in question without risking further injury or irritation.
Stefan’s approach is very consultative with a heavy emphasis on technique and form i.e. doing fewer reps correctly is better than doing more reps with bad form. We mostly followed a calisthenic workout plan with some heavier weight exercises introduced when it was appropriate to do.
I met with Stefan twice a week and always on the same days of the week. He was always on time, never messed me about changing days, and is the politest individual.
I can certainly recommend Stefan to anyone searching for a Personal Trainer.
