This in particular applies to weight loss - I don't provide Bikini Body Plan that are sold on Instagram (eating only 1200 calories where the weight is often gained back and more), I provide individualised plans based on WHY the weight was gained in the first place (e.g. do you have a toxicity issue, thyroid issue, metabolic disorder, food intolerances) first solving this and then a focus on abundance of good foods, without a focus on calories!
