What do you love most about your job?

Meeting people where they are at. Understanding what it is they have been going through and leaning of the ways that have been able to look after themselves so far. I believe that every individual is capable of so much, and collaborating with them in order to utilise existing skills, as well as lean new ones in order to thrive, is hugely rewarding.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I love people, and believe that good mental health means happier individuals, and better functioning families and communities. Having a close family member experience difficulties with their own mental health, I have lived experience of how challenging it can be, and am able to understand and empathise.

Why should our clients choose you?

I believe that I am a warm and approachable person. I will do my absolute best to make the therapeutic process as calm and non-intimidating as possible in order to support you through your own individual journey. I am flexible with session times, frequency, and pricing where needed in order to make assistance accessible.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes. During covid-19 I have been offering sessions online via Zoom or over the phone.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I am seeing a small number of clients for face to face sessions and to ensure safety I
- am registered with Test and Trace
- sit 2 meters from clients
- have the window open for ventilation
- have received both vaccinations
- leave half hour breaks between clients to ensure that the space is cleaned with antibacterial cleaner
