We really loved the entire work that was done by the team at Trig Builders and under the management of Ezra. The remodeling work that was done at our house was to remodel the Laundry room, Dining area, kitchen, bathrooms and the patio. The work started with the design of the spaces. Right after that, we went hand by hand with Ezra to select many of the finish materials. during the work, we were involved on a daily basis regarding all the progress of the remodeling and Eyal heard all of our opinions and they even made some changes that we decided to do without any major changes in the price. Trig Builders for 3 remodeling projects over a period of 5 years now. This review can show how pleased and satisfied we are with their work and work methods. The first remodeling job was on our 3 bathrooms and we were very impressed with the way they made the designs of them before we signed the contract and of course with the final results. The second remodeling project was to design and build a master suite. It was started with just a concept and with the ideas of Ezra and his people, we decided to go with another remodeling job that would be even more challenging for them. This last remodeling project was to create a large sun room at our back yard. When we looked at the blue prints that were presented to us by Ezra, we really didn't know how it will be. We really surprised by the workmanship, all the solutions for all the problems that came up during the remodeling and the final result which was a stunning 550 sq/ft. sun room which we enjoy extremely. I am new to hiring contractors, but my relationship with TRIG BUILDERS made this experience, worry free. I found Trig after great reviews on Angie's list. I contacted them and got a replay right away. The consultation was scheduled and Ilan won me over. He was straight forward with me , asked what I would want, made some suggestions and I was sold. Ezra was a great help with financing, and finding programs that would work with me. I must admit everything didn't go well, there was alot to be done,with a remold things are bound to come up,but the team at TRIG were there every step of the way. I called/texted/emailed they got back to me. And to me that is great customer service. The Trig Builders crew and office staff are super skilled, polite, quick, honest &  with many ideas while on site. The high quality of the workmanship & materials are top notch. Yossi the supervisor worked hand by hand with us to make our dream come true and point out the main options of our home and what we could do to achieve better end result. My large renovation project journey started in March 2019. I really had almost given up any hope of this remodeling project due to bad luck and unprofessional of 4 other construction companies. The first one never showed up to the meeting after 2 scheduled appointments, the second one came over to the house and was very motivated and interested until we met again and when I asked some important questions... they were never able to provide a professional answer (which made me so worried about them), the 3rd one came up with such a terrible work plan that made me truly run away as fast as I could and the last one was again with no response back from. When I got the contact information of Trig Builders... I thought it will be something similar to the other ones... but I was totally wrong. Ezra came to the meeting on time and set with me for long time making sure he understood my goals and my budget while bringing many new ideas to the remodeling. A week after, he was able to come up with a plan of execution to the remodeling and together, we added, removed and modified some of the things that he wanted to include in the work. When we came up with the final price for the work, I decided to go forward and to start the work with him. The work went according to the plan while the office informed me daily and weekly about anything important in regards to the work and my meetings with Ezra were to see what has been done that day/week. We already had a quote for our kitchen remodeling project when we happened to see the work of Trig Builders at a friend's house and we decided to hire them for our house too. It was by far the best decision we did. Not only did they come over to see what's involved in the project... but to also improve our vision and ideas about what we can do for the same budget. The new ideas that they came up with was much better than what we wanted originally. The management and working experience that we went with them was perfect! Yossi and his team leader were always there for us for any answer and/or question and none of our requests was too small to accommodate. The whole project was to remodel the kitchen first... than all the bathrooms and last was the entry of the house. I asked Yossi from Trig Builders to check and give me an estimate for my kitchen and to tell me what he can do for us regarding the design and price. Yossi started to check what was involved and throwing out some ideas and suggestions with interest. It was very exciting! Yossi had wonderful plans for the space and the final price of the work that was well within the budget. The remodeling job was done on schedule, including all the small details of the kitchen. My experience with trig was overall a 10/10 as you know construction is not comfortable but they went out of their way to make it the most comfortable it can be. I got my kitchen re done which was on my wish list for a long time. I was very hesitant about it but when trig came out the first time I knew they where the one. They are very detailed and meticulous when it comes down to the finished product. I had a detailed description and design of how the kitchen was going to be done. We had walk through sin the regular basis every time I had a question someone was there to answer. They followed through with their completion date which is something that's very hard to do with construction. Overall I'm super happy with the work and experience with them I can't wait to start my next project with them just need to save up a lil more lol. Yossi was an amazing contractor to work with. He was very resourceful in the design stage and with the selection of the final materials. His crew also were no less than professional people, clean, easy going and treated our house as it would be their own. Starting from the initial meeting regarding the remodeling of our house all the way to the completion of the project, Yossi at Trig Builders was perfect at communication, expertise and timing. Yossi was very personable and great in providing solutions to problems and issues. The in-house designer was extremely resourceful… each time we had any concern, she was right there to provide the right answer for our questions. Yossi made sure to email us on a daily basis to let us know what is scheduled for the next day and what is going to be finish. Trig Builders was hired by my wife and I to remodel the kitchen. The work that they did stated with several meetings where we met and spoke to Yossi. Yossi made sure to really understand what we want and need and based on that… he was able to come up with a completely new design of the space. The work started right after we signed the contract and it was a massive work under the supervision of Yossi. Each day we were notified about what was done that day and what will be done the following day and week. 2 months it took them to complete the whole remodeling and we are super happy and pleased with the new kitchen. My husband and I hired Trig Builders this may to do some remodeling work in our backyard for our home. We pretty much had an empty backyard and we wanted to turn it into a useful space. We decided to contact and hire Trig Builders based on some impressive photos we saw when we met with Shawn at the house. Shawn and his team were able to give us more than what we were expecting to have in our backyard. The stones and all the other patio features (such as Vinyl doors and windows, trees and stamp concrete floor) in the design that he did and met our modern style. The crew was excellent and professional. They arrived early each morning and completed the job tasks for each day in a timely manner. Even while the work was still in progress, we received great compliments from our neighbors and guests which made us happier than before. While Shawn and his people worked on the backyard, we decided to so something light in the front side of the house by letting Shawn design a modern look by incorporating several different trees, flowers and rocks based on how the backyard start to look like. The crew did a great job. They finished the work as hoped for and in a neat, timely manner. As for the contract agreement, Yossi and his office staff provided us with detailed bulleted documents and design drafts via email. Yossi didn’t try to push us to sign and he made sure that the estimate covered everything and that we understand it before we sign. We hired Yossi and his professional team to remodel our master bathroom, guest bathroom, remove some lighting and to install recessed lights in the kitchen. our first meeting with the salesman Yossi went pretty well! he came on time and was able to answer us with everything we asked. The 3D design that he was able to made for us, covered all the issues and things that we wanted to add. What my wife did was calling to some of the referrals that Yossi gave us and all gave her good feedback about the work and service. When we signed the agreement and made our first payment, Yossi promise us that at the beginning of the following week, the employees will start work at the house. The following week, his employees came over and start to work at the house. they came each day and worked on several items at once. the electrician, was working as well with the workers and the painter too. I had the pleasure of working with Trig after finding out my regular contractor was booked up and couldn't help us with our guest bathroom remodel in the time frame we needed. I called a few friends who'd recently had work done on their homes and I was referred to them. Ezra was incredibly helpful when we spoke on the phone and actually quoted us lower than the contractor we normally used could. We found Trig Builders online and they did a complete bathroom remodel for us. It was a pleasure working with them and we are extremely pleased with the result. We appreciate the quality of the work, the personal attention and oversight provided by Manuel and Isaac, the reliability of the company and its craftsmen (they always showed up on time and ready to work). Although any remodel is somewhat disruptive, they did their best to respect our routine and our privacy. We appreciate their "guided buying" method of getting materials (tile, faucets, sinks, granite counter, etc.) where we do the buying (at discounted contractor prices) so no markup. They also handled all proper permits and inspections so no worries there. They inspire confidence every step of the way. We would not hesitate to use them again--and in fact we did immediately ask them to rebuild large parts of our backyard fence to match sections that had not fallen apart and was inaccessible. Trig Builders completed our kitchen remodel. The whole kitchen was gutted and everything except for the flooring was replaced. In addition, we removed a load-bearing wall to increase the space which required significant structural, plumbing, electrical and air duct work. We are very pleased with the remodeled kitchen! The team at Trig Builders was very professional and great to work with!! They provided us with an estimated daily schedule and timeline at the start of the project. They followed the schedule and were great communicating any required changes. If we had any problems or concerns, they were quick to correct the problem. Often times when you hire someone to do remodeling work, you rarely see them as they send their sub-contractors to finish the work. This is not the case with Trig Builders. Their general contractor was in sight every day directing their guys and ensuring the work was completed to the specifications. This gave us peace of mind during the process. I worked with a Isaac who was my project manager and he was very honest and direct throughout the entire project. When I met with him he showed us pictures of similar projects that he did recently and he shared a lot ideas that in the kitchen while still considering what I wanted. He put together a 3D design of how the new kitchen would look like after the remodeling right there during the meeting! About a 6 months ago we started to remodel our kitchen with a construction company that at the end, they left the work in the middle and it was no less than a horror story! So we ended up with worthless unfinished kitchen and with defiantly zero trust in those companies that care only about the money. We didn’t have any additional choice but to look for another company that can come over and redo the entire kitchen and to make sure that we will not have the same problems as we had with the other one. We met with lots of companies and at the end, we decided and after many meetings and researching, we hired Trig Builders for our project. One of our previous neighbors told us about Trig Builders great things so we decided to give it a chance. It has been 5 weeks now after they completed our kitchen and about a week ago, they called us to ask how we are doing and to check and see if we have any problems with the final kitchen. I’ve had few quotes before I decided to hire Trig Builders. I wanted to have them because I really wanted to be sure that I will get the maximum value for my money’s. The first meeting that I had with Trig Builders was by far the most satisfying & qualified and mainly very productive. I got a realistic overview of what I can do, how much I should spent & how long will it takes the remodeling project to be completed. I did inform Yossi (my project supervisor) how and what I wanted from the design stage to the style and color of the marble counter top, the sink, the windows, the doors, the ceiling fixtures all the way to the color of the hardware and walls that I wanted to have. Surprisingly to me, everything was followed according to the plan. The working crew was always on time & polite at all times. All my questions were addressed professionally. With Trig Builders I had the best experience we had... I think this review is the best way to express how happy we are with Trig Builders, as they designed build for us a separate guest house in the back yard. The entire addition project went fast and smooth, we can’t believe how fast they built the whole guest house including the walls, roof, floor covering and more… each week we could see a change in the construction. Before we hired them for the job, we got at least 5 other estimates from other companies who came over to check the job and to see what’s involved. Almost all them send us their salesman with low knowledge and lots of promising about what we will get from them and just pushing us to sign the contract that same day. With Yossi everything was easy and calm! He showed a very high skills and knowledge which proved to us that they are no less than professional company that know exactly what they are doing. We had a complete kitchen remodeling project done recently (reconfigured layout, new cabinets, wood flooring, special lightings and more. ..). This was on top of replacing the floor in the hallway and family room. After meeting and interviewing 4 additional contractors, Trig Builder’s project manager, Yossi, was the only person that truly listened to what we wanted and loved as opposed to what is usually done. Yossi suggested many options and thoughts but we are so happy with our new kitchen. The working people were very skilled about managing things around which helped us making better design choices. Our foreman, was on top of the progress and kept us posted daily about progress. He always addressed all of our concerns. They were friendly, hardworking while making sure to clean at the end of each working day. Yossi and the team at Trig Builders were very skilled cabinet makers with attention to all the small and big details that are required in any remodeling project. We hired them for our high end large scale remodeling project at our house. We are really in love with how this remodeling came out and mainly by working with the Trig Builder’s team because they were always open to our thoughts, ideas and they were easy to ‘collect’ all of them and to convert them into reality. The completed remodeling project is exceptional and it was completed on the same day that was promised to us by Yossi.
