Describe your creative process.
Many people can say that they are creative. Not many can say that they've personally developed hundreds of marketing plans and have thousands of designs. We can! But the creative process is normally the same throughout with proper planning, creative input and execution and then proper, professional production. But, the most important aspect that makes us different is that we always work WITH the customer, as much as for the customer. We try our best to get to know the goals and aspirations of the project and the distinct personality of the customer and/or brand so that we can more effective in our processes.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Always a good, uninterrupted conversation, so we can determine project parameters, time-frame, budget and expectations all up front to weed out any confusion. But, even more would be samples of what they've liked in the past (if available) or at least ideas from elsewhere that they like. So, that we are closer the first time with our efforts without being in left field with them and wasting time.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping customers of all shapes, sizes and industries! To know that we help create something that worked, the customer is happy with and helped them grow their business is the best part of the job!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Almost same answer as above. But, also the fact that I know we are good at what we do. Everyone has stories about being used or under-appreciated at former jobs but when you own your own business, you get to make sure that you do what you do best and hire others with similar goals and aspirations. Then, let them do what they do best. The team mentality is important and that's exactly how we approach our customers. We need to work WITH them to get to their goals. It's never a one-way street.
