My son had his first visit last week and I had mine today. The office is gorgeous and the customer service is just as fantastic. I had almost no wait time, and the rdh was super thorough and knowledgeable (Andrea) and pretty quick. I met with Dr. Cullen and she was warm and informative, and not pushy at all when speaking about the procedures she recommended. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better dental experience, and I’ll now be scheduling appointments for my younger children as well. Highly recommend. More...

I wasn't a patient but cracked a tooth and called them at 2:00 to see if they could help me. They squeezed me in . My issue turned out to be worse than I expected. They gave me all of my options. After deciding which way to go, they took wonderful care of me. Never felt pain or discomfort. My procedure took me way past theyre office hours but they didn't rush, rather ,they took as long as needed to do the job correctly. Couldnt be more thankful for the way I was treated. I love my new dentists! I moved to the area with my husband a few years ago and tried 2 other dentists to no avail... Well, the third time was a charm because I found this office through my insurance website! Before Christmas, I had tooth pain and needed a root canal and replacement crown. They did an amazing job, the staff is really friendly and Dr. Stein and Dr. Cullen are amazing! They are gentle, honest and attentive! I need a lot of work done and am happy to give them my business! The Stein Cullen Family Dental practice is very accommodating, friendly and professional. The office is a beautiful state of the art facility that has to be seen be believed. I had a dental emergency and I was able to get an appointment without having to miss work thanks to their flexible schedule and extended hours. Dr. Cullen is the consummate professional that took care of my needs and I was able to leave the office that evening with the dental crisis resolved.
