I was beyond impressed with Sparkly Maid's job cleaning my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. I had recently been swamped with work and needed cleaners to come in before some friends visit. I had heard about Sparkly Maid from a close friend and decided to give them a call. They were very quick to schedule me and really accommodating with my work schedule. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable they were but even more surprised by the stunning job they did cleaning my apartment. They definitely went the extra mile to comprehensively clean my apartment-I hadn't seen it look that clean since I moved in! The bathrooms were spotless and I'm so grateful for them for doing an exceptional job in our kitchen. All our appliances looked brand new and the floors were well scrubbed.Besides their exceptional service, Sparkly Maids' reliability really made them so pleasant to work with. All communication with them was concise and clear and they answered any questions I had very thoroughly. They showed up at my apartment five minutes early and ready to work with a great attitude. My family was throwing a big party, so we hired Sparkly Maid Cleaning Services to clean our home since we wanted it to be in top condition for our friends to see. We were very satisfied with the cleaning! Additionally, they were on time, and it was very easy to schedule an appointment with them. They were very respectful of our personal space as we were in our home during the time of the cleaning. We specifically ordered a deep cleaning for the kitchen area and the living room as well as bathroom cleanings for our two guest bathrooms. There was a drastic difference after Sparkly Maid Cleaning Services had finished the job. The countertops on the kitchen were sparkling clean, and the floors looked amazing! The windows were spotless after they cleaned them. Additionally, we even got compliments from our guests that night. The bathroom cleaning was very impressive as they did an extensive and detailed cleaning of the countertops, walls, showers, and sinks. Prior to the cleaning, the guest bathrooms very dusty, but Sparkly Maid Cleaning Services helped us get rid of all the dust. Our home was completely spotless after they finished. My first experience with Sparkly Maid was great and they are true professionals. Scheduling was super easy and they made sure to call and confirm arrival time. The team showed up at my apartment, and to say the least, they did a spectacular job. They spent about an hour and a half in the apartment and got to all the nooks and crannies, scrubbed all the hard spots, and were really professional and considerate of my workspace/time... I had visited my brother in Chicago over the holidays. He is a lawyer who just opened his own firm so he hasn't had much time to clean his own home. As a gift, I went looking for a cleaning service for his home which had build up on the window sills and a lot of grime in the bathroom and kitchen tiles. Upon finding Sparkly Maid I was able to get a date and time for a deep cleaning that fit my schedule. They worked so efficiently and by the end of the day, the house looked brand new. From start to finish with the booking process to walking into our home after the first cleaning was amazing. Elizabeth M. came to clean our home and did an outstanding job !!When I walked in, my jaw dropped, literally.  Each room I walked through was more immaculate than the last. Elizabeth did an absolutely FABULOUS job with our home.  She even went above and beyond and cleaned the Bonus Room, which was completely unexpected. Out of the cleaning services I have used, I have rarely had a better experience than from these wonderful home cleaning ladies. These ladies were very polite over the phone and considerate of my needs. They were able to quickly set up an appointment over the phone with no delay. They were able to be flexible with their schedule in order to fit my needs. But I do have to say they need to get better with picking up their phone calls. That was one frustrating thing about them, but overall a good experience and I would give them a second chance.The quality of their cleaning service is pretty good. They were quite independent, which I value in a cleaning service. They knew what they had to do, and they came prepared. They arrived and did their thing with no need for supervision. I left for work without any worries. One thing I should highlight is their eco friendly home cleaning. The supplies they used were sustainable and not harmful for the environment. They were experienced with recycling and compost trash. I used a cleaning service that simply threw everything in the garbage. My housemate noted that they were not wasteful when using their cleaning supplies. While washing dishes, they were also not wasteful of water. Sustainability is very important to me, and they respected that. I was quite satisfied with the thorough home cleaning. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room was clean. One minor issue is that they accidentally left one small bag of trash when they left. However, since it was already in a bag, I threw it out easily. I would not be against using this service again. Kathleen killed it! Had a Halloween party recently, and I've been so busy with work that I didn't have time to really touch the place. You know the last thing you want to do after a long day at the office is run errands, hit the gym, and clean up. Well, at least one of those things was crossed off the list. My place is normally well maintained, but you know, Halloween parties can get out of hand. Wel any, I thought she would just kind of straighten up, move somethings around, do some light dusting, but no. Wow, I wish I had a before and after picture, my place looks like a fresh hotel now. I've had my house cleaned twice by Sparkly Maid. The first cleaning was great, and it was lovely to come back to a clean and bright home. While we came across some issues with our 2nd cleaning, I was impressed by the way Sparkly Maid handled the situation and they were diligent about ensuring that I was satisfied with the end result. Not many companies offer the kind of customer service I experienced here, and I was pleasantly surprised by how thoughtful they were about rectifying the situation.
