Dr. Rubino is wonderful, he is one of the best. I sought a provider that would really listen to the family issues and be able to help us. I was not finding this through any of my insurance's providers so I decided to go out of my network. Because Dr. Rubino is such a great listener and he cares deeply about his clients, he is able to get to a place of trust that allows for healing to take place. I sought Dr. Rubino out because one of his specialties is in helping teens and kids with school issues and other concerning teen related behaviors. Dr. Rubino has a huge wealth of knowledge and experience in his areas of practice and makes sure that even through your difficulties you are taken care of. In my family's case I have a son who needed help with his educational needs and he was able to address issues and also provide great insight to how special needs students can get help through IEP's and how to go about making sure the school helps your child. Dr. Rubino is an advocate for kids and he proves his caring and concern day in and day out. He allows for great communication via email or phone call and even a text now and then and he never rejects or objects to you asking as much as you need to in order to get to the place of healing.Dr. Rubino is like having a family member who knows just how to help and is looking out for you always. Keeping the balance and boundaries that a professional should but still allowing you and your family to be cared for unconditionally regardless of your financial circumstances, he is a real hero in my book. He is willing to help in that way too and for that I am eternally grateful. I could not have found a more compassionate Doctor for my son. What do you love most about your job?
What we love most about our jobs is being able to help people who are experiencing a difficult time and help them go on to live happy, productive lives. We also believe in giving back to our community and this is our way of giving back.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We founded Rubino Counseling because we witnessed too many people being treated like a number and therapist just treating their position as a 9 to 5pm job. This is not just a job. You are trusting us with your lives and we take that trust very seriously.
