We are a full service caterer and food truck. We can deliver on a variety of meal styles including buffet, plated, food truck service, and full wedding services. We got our start with Mexican cuisine, but we also do gourmet sandwiches and lunch options, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, BBQ and a host of other things.

The staff, manager and owner are all very personable and friendly. Went there for lunch yesterday with my stepson and had a fabulous meal. The vegetarian tacos and ground beef tacos we're the best I have had in along time. The ingredients are fresh and the flavors are crisp. They have a taco toppings bar with a wonderful selection...from pickled onions, chopped onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and much more, mango salsa was delicious. This truly is the BEST Mexican food we have ever had! I first heard about Mezoco as a gluten-free Mexican restaurant and couldn’t wait to try it, but it has surpassed all of my expectations. I think we have ordered from here every other weekend since we first tried it, and still can’t get enough lol. The tacos are insane (that steak!!!) the quesadillas are perfect, and we are obsessed with the rice and beans. I’ve never had the chance to dine in, but the bar/taqueria combo is genius. This is for sure a welcomed gem in Montclair, NJ. We ordered the Chicken Enchiladas and Quesadillas with steak which were amazing! The quesadillas have caramelized onions in them which is something I have never had but loved. Also, we ordered the steak, carnitas, and chicken tacos, which were all awesome. Im a vegetarian and i tried the tofu and vege tacos. I loved both of them. I loved the tofu one especially because most places usually mess up the tofu and i end up hating it. What’s your signature dish?
Right now I would say CARNITAS! Slow simmered pork shoulder with orange, cinnamon, garlic, and herbs. Served in tacos with a mango salsa, it's to die for. We have also been know for our red wine braised brisket with hand made fresh mozzarella and dark caramelized onions.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First I try to really get at the essence of the party they are trying to throw. Is it a laid back birthday party or a corporate lunch where all the upper management will be attending. Once we know your end goal we find out a little bit about the guests to see about allergies, how many vegetarians, and what kind of "flow" the party is supposed to have.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to be my own boss. I get to be creative and analytic. I love to eat!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My wife. And my love of a fantastic meal and service!
Why should our clients choose you?
We treat each of our clients like family. Your party is our party. Your event is our event. Your wedding is our wedding. We want to have that fulfilling feeling of watching your planning and our hard work and execution come together to make the perfect event. That and our food rocks!
