Marcus DJd at our morning brunch wedding this May and he was seriously beyond what we had even hoped for in a DJ. Originally my fiancée and I weren’t even going to hire a DJ, but as the day crept closer we started to realize that we did, in fact, want one.
And we were SO lucky that we were able to snag Marcus!!
Right away in our consultation he was friendly, communicative, and understood exactly what we wanted. Since it was a morning wedding, we were afraid of having the music be too heavy or loud or off-vibe (we asked for a casual, jazzy, upbeat sound). We gave him a short list of must-play songs that we hoped were representative of what we wanted, and he totally nailed it. He had us smiling and grooving where we didn’t expect it, he hit all of his cues flawlessly, and we no joke had several people come up to us at the wedding to compliment him. If that isn’t telling then I don’t know what is.
Marcus is attentive and really knows what he’s doing– plus he’s a real joy to have around on your day! We couldn’t recommend him enough!

I hired Marcus for my daughters 21st birthday 🎂 party. Not only was he professional at all times but his music and ability to adapt and mix to the crowd was amazing.
He kept thr party going for the young and the old crowd. To top it off we had request for Punjabi and Hindu music a few hours before the event started and by my surprise, he said he was gonna do some research and he did just that. He nailed it.
Definitely we will be booking him foe our future events. He was humble, professional and well diversed in his genre of 🎶 music.

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Getting as much info about the event needs. Then having the ability to observe & read the crowd during the event. As well taking request and having a variety of musical selections from a variety of time periods. You never know what to expect until your at the event and in the mix.
