Lack of communication.

I had 5 years of taxes to do when I had an accident and the insurance company needed my taxes to calculate my income replacement. I was unwell and overwhelmed by the entire process. After weeks of trying to create expense and income statements I gave up and handed hard copies of everything over to Magic accounting and within days they had everything completed. What a load off.
